After completion of his B. Sc. Civil Engineering degree in 1995, Mr. Rahat completed his M. Sc. Civil Engineering from UET Peshawar. His main area has been Water Sector with expertise in surveying and setting out of various structures and facilities associated with irrigation, hydropower, roads, tunnels, buildings and infrastructure. He has got expert hand on almost all modern surveying equipment along with the requisite latest software and state-of-the-art survey techniques in vogue. Covering all aspects of field surveying & its computer processing, he supervised construction activities, in the capacity of Senior / Resident Engineer as well as Project Manager, on different projects including Swabi SCARP, Mangla Dam Raising, Malakand-III Hydropower, Alai Khwar HPP, Mansehra Irrigation Rehabilitation, Amandara Headworks, Trichan to Attahk Irrigation, Kari-Muskhur HPP, River Swat Embankment and Road Project, Barandoo HPP, Bilkanai HPP, Kurram Tangi Integrated (WRDP) and Construction Improvement of Irrigation Channels in KP, at different stages of feasibility, design & construction.

Mr. Rahat has been taking full advantage of the latest software for processing of his works: AutoCAD, AutoCAD Map, Eagle Point, Surfer, MS Project, Water CAD, MS Excel and MS Word.
